I have never had a conversation that short with my sister. Unless she was mad at me and hangs up. Yup. It happens.

  2. Lesley Says:

At which location does your sis work. I hear they do some crazy awesome eyebrow waxin’ – Lord knows I gotta keep the uni-brow under control.

  3. Mezzo Forte Says:

Soooooo, did she call ya back?

  4. Y’all are funny. My sister’s just a whirlwind. She works out at the Ulta in Smyrna. A jillion miles from here. And no, that turkey totally did NOT call me back. We saw Rent that night at the Fox. Which was awesome. And entirely depressing. Then we went to my brother’s restaurant and they treated us like queens. We got about $120 in free food, wine and champagne. Oh yeah. This is the life.

  5. Mezzo Forte Says:

Waaasssup with you and all your exclusive retail and food service relatives…what’s the name of your bro’s restaurant?
Why say you that Rent depressing is? (That’s me being Yoda)

  6. Sarah Says:

Hey next time you go visit your brother, take me :)

  7. Nancy Says:

He never gave me free food, wine & champagne and I gave birth to the little rascal. He’s 26. Is he too old for me to ground him?

If you’re reading this MeMe (from Evan’s Garden) then tag, You’re it!

Here are the rules for this one:
    1. Pick up the nearest book.
    2. Open to page 123.
    3. Find the fifth sentence.
    4. Post the next three sentences.
    5. Tag five people, and acknowledge who tagged you.

My closest book: STREAMS IN THE DESERT, L. B. Cowman
    Page 123, 5th-8th sentences:

Let us remember that no earthly circumstances can hinder the
    fulfillment of God’s Word.
We must look steadfastly at His immutable Word and not at the uncertainty of this ever-changing world.
God desires for us to believe His Word without other evidence, and then He is ready to do for us according to our faith.”
